This policy governs use of this site and message boards and describes how I treat personal information. Note that the message boards are connected to this site and under development. Also note hosting servers I use, use technologies that protect personal data. Updated 20/09/2025

This privacy policy describes how I treat personal information submitted through this website. I use safe secure servers with technologies that protect personal identifiable information. Read on about how personal information is protected.

Personal information is information that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address or phone number that is not otherwise publicly available. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that I do not own or control or to persons that I do not employ or manage.

Information collection and use

Personal information is submitted when signing up for services, including activities such as purchasing goods and services. When persons visit online companies the companies may use information about visits in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to persons, or due to a persons geographical location.

Information sharing and disclosure

As admin of this site I am solely responsible for information submitted on this site, such as name and email when submitting a support ticket. I will not rent, sell or share personal information with anyone except under legal circumstances.

I may disclose information in response to court orders or legal processes, or to establish or exercise my legal rights to defend against illegitimate claims.
I may disclose information if I believe such disclosure is necessary to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of a person, violations of our user agreement required by law.
I may transfer information about persons if I am required to by law, or merged with another company. In this event I will notify persons before information is transferred because it may become subject to a different privacy policy.

On account of the existing regulatory environment, I cannot ensure that all private communications and other personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this privacy policy. Therefore, although I use industry standard practices to protect persons privacy, I do not promise that personal information or private communications will always remain private due to illegal hacks and thefts.

Log files

Most servers and hosts use log files. This includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends and to track a users' movement to gather a broad demographic information for market research, none of which is personally identifiable information.

Confidentiality and security

Hosts I use, use procedural and technical safeguards to protect information against loss or theft as well as unauthorized access and disclosure, users information is password-protected. VeriSign-certified industry-standard SSL-encryption and network firewalls are used to protect data transmissions and storage. Finally, hosting service providers keep users up-to-date on security and privacy practices.

Your responsibilities

Information submitted on this website through contact mail is deleted after 30 days. However keep in mind that when persons voluntarily disclose personal information online - for example through email and/or instant messaging - that information can be collected and used by others. This is why I do not keep any support emails.

Keep in mind that by disclosing personal information online via contact form you may be risking information theft by hackers etc. Therefore, persons should exercise caution and common sense in such disclosures. Do not post/send identifiable information in messages.

Links to other sites

This site contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by me, so be aware that I am not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites. If persons leave this site and read privacy statements of other sites, be aware this policy applies only to this site and myself.

Refunds Policy

I provide free membership at my message boards and promote free advertising and entertainment portals. I do not sell any goods or services and therefore I do not issue refunds. Should I provide services from this domain, this refund policy would be subject to change.

Since I promote free advertising and entertainment by 3rd party sites, I will not offer refunds on advertising or entertainment purchased at these sites. I have no control over them and I am not associated with their business in any way. Therefore I am not responsible for loss of income or support from any sites promoted. I can not assume any liability for the result of any entertainment or advertising ventures conducted by services promoted on this site.

Anti Spam

I am committed to permission-based email practices, and have a zero tolerance spam policy. I do not provide any mailing services operated by me, however I promote the use of established opt-in mailing lists.

What is spam

Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including “junk mail”, which has not been requested by the recipient. It is intrusive and often irrelevant or offensive, and it wastes valuable resources. Spam messages are the opposite of permission-based email, which are normally anticipated, personal, relevant and/or associated with a pre-existing business or personal relationship. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups, are also deemed to be spam.

Preventing spam

Customers of this services has agreed during their registration process, upon accepting the Terms of Service, to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy. Specifically, each member agrees not to send no more than two instant messages per every day. Admin reserve the right to determine in its sole discretion what constitutes actionable spam, as well as what measures are necessary in response to such spam activities.

I am planning to incorporate an opt-in mailing list with this site in the future. When I employ my own mailing list the following will apply and be subject to updating.

How users avoid spamming

Operators and their hosts have internet tools that incorporate a strict permission-based philosophy. This anti-spam philosophy is implemented through the following:

Communication and agreement – the terms of service persons agreed to as part of registering for this service states how and for what purpose admin can collect a persons information, and that those persons will follow the privacy policy and anti-spam policy.
Un-subscription – each email contains an “unsubscribe option”. If recipients use the link to request they be unsubscribed, the subscriber is removed within 5 working days or remove themselves from the service.

Laws restricting spam

Spam laws vary from country to country. This Anti-Spam Policy has been developed to conform to the highest commercially reasonable standards. As a result and without limiting the general prohibitions against all spam activities, the following are expressly prohibited:

Use of false headers, or other false information, to identify the point of origin or the transmission path of the email, or to hide the true origin of the email sender.
Unauthorized use of a third party’s internet domain name without the permission of such third party, to make it appear that the third party was the point of origin of the email.
Use of any false or misleading information in the subject line of the email, and
assisting any person in using the products or services of ours for any of these previously mentioned activities.

Measures enforcing anti-spam

Any member found to be using the services for spamming purposes may, at our discretion, be immediately cut off from use of all services with no refund of fees that have been paid.
Admin warns all members when signing up that if they participate in spamming activities they will be subject to the loss of services.
Admin has the right to actively review its members’ email for suspiciously large broadcasts. If admin finds any members to be spamming, it will issue a warning, and if the activities are serious enough, admin will take action immediately.
If admin has any reason to believe that a member, despite warning being given, threatens to or is continuing to send spam, then admin may take action immediately, including disabling the members account and/or reporting the members and the incident to the proper authorities.
Admin will not attempt to censor any content nor to curtail the business of members. However, spam activities do not fall within uses authorized by admin, and will not be tolerated.

Reporting spam

If persons believe that they have received spam from or through our site(s), please send a complaint from by email along with the unsolicited email, with completed header. Please provide any other information that you believe may help admin in it investigation. Admin will not investigate or take any action based on “anonymous” complaints.

This anti-spam policy statement applies to users of our forum member messaging. If persons have questions or suggestions regarding our practices feel free to contact admin.

Message Board Content

Persons understand that all listings, email messages ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked on the site are the sole responsibility of the person whom submitted such content.

Persons also understand that admin of both this site and the forum do not control and are not responsible for content made available through the site, and that by using the site, persons may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent, inaccurate, misleading or otherwise objectionable.

I (admin) make no representation of warranty to, or for the accuracy, or completeness or authenticity of information promoted on the forum. Under no circumstances will I be liable in any way for any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, linked or otherwise made available via this service or the forum.

Persons understand and agree that use of these sites, are posted on for advertising purposes and will be at persons sole risk, and I shall not be responsible to persons in any way. Further, I do not provide any warranty as to a persons use of third-party sites that persons use from this site or the forum.

Persons are fully responsible for content they post on the member forum, and for the consequences of any such content. Persons also understand and agree that admin, in their sole discretion, may delete any content for any reason.

Persons may not post ads for merchandise or services that are illegal. If persons see any suspicious or questionable content on the site, please use the 'report button' to 'report fraud or abuse', include links to inform admin about any problems. Admin may take technical steps to remove the content and/or keep offending users off the site.

Items that are specifically prohibited on site:

Items designed to be used to commit a crime including not without limitation burglary tools, false identification and items used to manufacture illegal explosives or controlled substances.
Material that contains obscene material, child pornography or is harmful to minors.
Services or merchandise that promote hatred and violence against specific groups of people.
Services that are illegal including and without limitation of prostitution.
Stolen goods or property with serial number removed or altered.
Weapons (not limited to firearms) include silencers, ammunition, switchblade knives, BB guns, stun guns, tear gas, weapon parts, fireworks.
Items that can intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, or any regulations having the force of law.
Controlled substances, illegal drugs, or drug paraphernalia. Prescription drugs that make false or misleading claims that might require FDA approval.

Member conduct

Persons agree to act responsibly and to treat other users with respect. Users also must not use the profile or the service to harass or abuse other users. Individuals who have demonstrably harassed other individuals may be removed from the service or blocked from the site.

Persons agree NOT to post, email, otherwise make available Content that:

Is unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, bigoted, racially offensive, obscene or otherwise objectionable.
Advertise any illegal services or the sale of any items prohibited or restricted by applicable law that is harmful to minors or displays sexually explicit material of any kind.
Encourage conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or otherwise violates any applicable local, state, national or international law or regulation.
Transmit or post any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, "spam," junk mail, "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," etc.
Transmit or post any viruses or material designed to disrupt, limit or destroy any functionality of any computer software or hardware of users, members or the service.
Collect, store or solicit information about other users or members for unlawful purposes or engaging in criminal activity.
Contain personally identifiable information about another member that is published without their express consent.
Has misleading email addresses or other manipulated identifiers to disguise its origin.

Ownership and infringement

Admin respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. If persons believe that through the service their work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that their intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please immediately notify admin.

Admin has the sole obligation to protect members information against theft and fraud by any persons unlawfully obtaining access to our services without following proper procedure, which may result in legal action by appropriate authorities following the conduct of admins own investigation. Admin may have tracking software, which harvests detailed sensitive information from visitor IP addresses to click activity. Any persons found to have illegally, unlawfully accessed the service to gain access without first following proper procedure will be pursuant to legal action.

Forum Guidelines

Note that my forum that allows member to member messaging is not yet integrated with this site.

I am dedicated to developing and maintaining a friendly online community, where members of all technical backgrounds feel relaxed and comfortable. Like any community, we have standards. When members join they agree to abide by these rules. Repeated violations of these standards may result in being barred from entry or participation in the advertising community.

Participation

Respect others’ posts – We all have opinions and programs we promote. Abusive comments will not be tolerated, and we reserve the right to remove the comment without warning and/or ban you.
Promote and sell your goods – That’s what advertising is for, and we created this site for that.
SPAMMING of any kind will be tolerated when using on-site messenger.
No trolling communications – Those who like to disrupt discussion with disruption between sponsors and referrals. Report them.
Be kind to other users – You are a user too, be kind and helpful.
No profanity, racial slurs and/or sexual innuendos.
Don’t abuse the “report abuse” – Be fair and use it sparingly. If you make extra work for us flagging legit stuff, we’ll ban you.
No Piracy or unlawful activities – This community is a place for ideas and constructive participation, and not a place to violate any laws or to discuss illegal activities. You post it, we will ban your account and you run the risk of being reported to local authorities.
No flaming – Be respectful and objective at all times.

General rules

You shall not post any Content which;

is libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing or threatening,
contains viruses or other contaminating or destructive features,
violates the rights of others, such as copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or violates any right of privacy or publicity, or
otherwise violates any applicable law.

Best practices

These will help gain you respect when interacting with others:

Think before firing off a half baked response.
If you disagree with anything, it doesn’t matter, just keep the peace and go about your own business.
Vote based on quality and factual content, not who’s posting.
Writing in all capitals is considered SHOUTING, and it’s not pleasant.
Here is your chance to build on your brand and reputation.
Be helpful and courteous, and it will come back to you.
Don’t use “best”, “greatest”, etc, unless you can back it with facts or state it’s your opinion.
If you're not progressing with your programs, ask the community for help/opinions, don't quit.
People appreciate new ideas and new angles to opinions, well thought out plans.
If someone helps you out, give them a big thank-you – it goes a long way.

This Terms Of Service and Privacy Policy are relating/regarding the conduct of this site. Persons who register at the message board must submit valid information during the registration process accordingly to the hosts terms. I have included user rules and guidelines in this policies index.
